Liquidity Incentive Program— Earn $BP on Uniswap
Effective today, receive a Pioneer Grant for supplying liquidity on Uniswap — here’s how.
To cap off an eventful first month of trading for $BP, we’re excited to announce Beyond Protocol’s Pioneer Grant Liquidity Incentive Program.
Beginning at 11:30pm EDT tonight, anyone who provides at least 0.5 ETH worth of liquidity for the BP/ETH pair on Uniswap (0.25 worth of $BP + 0.25 ETH), will earn their share of a 100,000 $BP per month Pioneer Grant distribution.
The 100,000 $BP tokens will be distributed proportionally to liquidity providers each month, depending on what percentage of the Uniswap V2 LP they’ve provided. Your wallet must be whitelisted, and liquidity must be provided for a minimum of 30 consecutive days in order to qualify for a grant. Grant amounts will be tabulated at the close of each calendar month and distributed within 7 days.
For example:
- at the beginning of Month 1, assume there is $5 million worth of liquidity in total on the BP/ETH pair on Uniswap
- assume you provide $5k in liquidity — or 0.1% of the ETH/BP liquidity pool
- by December 7th, you’d receive 100 $BP tokens (which is 0.1% of 100,000)
- at today’s prices, this would be a nearly 80% profit in 30 days
Please keep in mind that the above is simply one very specific hypothetical scenario — your percentage of the pool would be more or less depending on how much total liquidity is provided by the community each month, as determined by the amount of liquidity available on Uniswap at the beginning of each month. As you can see however, Pioneer Grant payouts are likely to be quite lucrative — and this is without accounting for any future price appreciation on $BP.
The Pioneer Grant program will run for three months, and may be extended month-to-month thereafter. Whitelisting for Month 1 opens today at 11:30pm EDT and will remain open throughout the month, which will conclude at 11:59pm on November 27th. Awards will be accrued for each day you participate at the per day rate for the given month. You will receive a distribution within seven days following any month you had participated in the program for more than thirty consecutive days (these don’t have to be in the same month). The official time zone of the program is New York time.
How To Add Liquidity
- Whitelist your address here (form opens at 11:30pm EDT)
- Visit Beyond Protocol’s “add liquidity” page on Uniswap here
- Input the number of $BP tokens you want to provide to the liquidity pool (minimum 0.25 ETH worth of $BP).
- Confirm the liquidity add by clicking “Approve BP” and approve the transaction in your wallet
- Once the transaction is confirmed, click “Supply” and accept the transaction in your wallet
In developing this program, we wanted to reward loyal holders in a meaningful way. Thousands of supporters applied for our private sale rounds, and for those who were not selected, the Pioneer Grant program presents an excellent opportunity to accumulate more $BP prior to mainnet.
